Default Babolat leather replacement grip thickness?

I currently have a Babolat Aeropro Drive Cortex at 4 1/2 grip size. This is the right size, but I would rather have an overgrip on top of the replacement grip because replacing the replacement grip is really cumbersome and annoying. I currently have Babolat Syntec grip and I want to put a leather grip on and add an overgrip, and stretch it thin.

Is this possible? Basically, what is the thickness? I know TW's leather comes in 1.3 and 1.5

The Babolat leather grip and any other leather grip for that matter will become thinner if you give them a good stretch before you put them on your racquet.

Better stretch it like there's no tomorrow.

Or Babolat Skin Feel is a great alternative. It's a synthetic, but is really thin and offers that great bevel feel.
