Default Lack of concentration?

I played a match in a tournament today and it should have been an easy match.
I won the first set 6-0 but afterwards I just didn't feel like playing anymore and ended up losing.
Has anyone felt this way before and if you have, how did you snap out of it?

What do you mean "didn't feel like playing anymore?" Were you physically worn down or were you distracted mentally?

More like bored and the guy I was playing seemed like a sore player.
At the end of the 1st set which he lost, he just started kinda throwing the balls to me but in a kinda horrible way.
I guess I lost the enjoyment of playing after the 1st set.
I dont play many matches so my mental game isn't that strong yet.

you need the killer instinct, if he is horrible you be horrible back or better just ignore him and remain pleasant, but focussed and continue to kick his *****. Winning 6-0 then losing (unless opponent really really raised his game) is a poor show. Need to toughen up. Eye of the tiger and all that.

You are looking excuses perhaps.

Arrgh, I was going to post the answer to all your problems, but got distracted before I could write it down. Sorry.

Thanks for your replys, I guess its a bit of everything.
Not happy with the outcome so I am just looking for excuses to justify the poor performance and also just didnt have the mental strength to close the match out.

Well I got another match coming up soon so hopefully I'll learn from this bad exp and start winning consistantly.

Thanks again.
