Big shout out to Lady Topaz and her friends B and C for braving the heat and traffic this a.m. for some good tennis and fun exchanges. Made my day - an old guy surrounded by young and attractive women.

Have to do it again sometime. Next time, you shoudl stick around for lunch. I owe you a glass of Sangria, remember?

No problem X...B and I are both teachers and play regularly together over the summer. She and I just played singles yesterday, then I played last night, and I think I just didn't have much in the tank this morning...at least we made you guys work hard for the first set!

Can I charge interest on the sangria?!?

I may not look as old as gandalf...but my tree rings are up there. That said, my 'feel old moment' just happened. My three eternal bachelor friends all got married and are xpecting.

Surely 2012 is spot on.
