Yes. You can definitely send those in. I just received my Nike voucher after sending these in. They're only worn through in the heels as well.

TennisKid....You are joking ^__^
White thing in toe area is midsole (white form). The shoes already passed qualification of the warranty. I can't believe you wore your shoes that much

I am not shoe warranty inspector hahaha. I only give my opinion based on my experiences. When more members follow up their warranty, we might have some guide lines ^_^
Once you post pics here, please let us know your warranty was granted or not.

How did they contact you? Over phone or email? When did you send your shoes in? It looks like you sent them in after me, yet they havent contacted me yet . Hope nothing went wrong in transit..

You did not buy the delivery confirmation or insurance? You are supposed to buy those service from USPS or send it through UPS or fedex.
BTW Adidas will
Not contact you whether they got your shoes or not. Just patiently wait 2-6 weeks. If they grant your warranty, the replacement shoe will be at your door.

Kswiss Defier. Warranty claim was fulfilled in 8 days, no questions asked. Played hard for 4 months and many hours.

Would this count for the Tennis-Warehouse 6-month durability guarantee? I never sent a shoe back to TW.
There is not a hole all the way through, I just wore through the outer rubber.
