Yeah, there are crosses but they're black so it's hard to see

I've tried it before with just crosses.

When the mains broke I just cut 'em out and hit for a few minutes with the crosses.

It was like having no feeling in your arm. You would swing, but the ball would go off in some random direction with a random amount of power and you might be able to feel some sort of an impact if you were lucky.

Now all I need's a hat like that and I'll be set.

But the mains are more important than the crosses

I played today with a cross less racket. The ball actually goes through the strings if you swing hard enough.

Aussies are in general, real careful about getting too much sun. Pat always had a ton of sunscreen on when he played.. Looks like from the pics.. it was a hat one of the linespeople had ...


The frame is not a Dunlop... sure looks like the old Warrior/Ti Response..Graphite II.. etc frame
