Correct me if I'm wrong but Wilson designs, produces and "tests" equipment in none other than COMMUNIST CHINA to raise PROFITS and QUANTITY by selling cheap, low quality goods to people who actually think Andy Murray uses a Radical Pro, while family businesses that produce quality goods like Volkl and Fischer go bankrupt

I'm looking at a Wilson that says "Designed in the USA", made in China. I do look forward to the day that American companies will be allowed to once again make a profit, and not have to outsource production to countries halfway across the world because of the increasingly hostile attitude the US government takes to private industry. Not that I care, the racquet I use says designed in France! Vive le Babolat!
I already said I love Hong Kong, and Kowloon, and can't wait to go back, both part of China. I don't bash China, I love the people, the food and the culture. However I'm not so fond of Communist China. Aside from their own shortfalls, it's hard to snuggle up to a country that props up a country like North Korea and allows the population of an entire country to suffer in ways no human should. Any country who has to blackmail the world with threats of war in order to receive ship loads of wheat to feed it's people is a disgrace. I don't know, call it a friendly rivalry.
As far as the U.S. military designing, testing and producing equipment in China, like Wilson.....Well since we're just making stuff up today, how's this? Cats walk on two legs and dance the night away wearing pirate shirts on Sundays just like Filipinas in a Hong Kong nightclub.

It is North Korea that's endlessly trying to please China so they have their food supply cut short. Everyone knows that nobody cares about North Korea, not even China. I thought the reason why Western democracies outsourced manufacturing to China was because it's cheaper?

The wage bills alone in the West are said to hurt profit margins hence the move to the East. AFAIK it's a choice that big business makes and tries to cloud the argument by blaming the government.

'Developed' nations have 'developed' employment laws that stipulate minimum wage, working conditions etc. Till the West can compete, the jobs are gonna go one-way!

Did Fischer and Volkl really go bankrupt? As far as I heard, Fischer sold their racquet sports division to Pacific. Volkl is still in business, although they have some of the worst distribution and corporate strategy anyone has ever seen.

What about the stupid sheep who buy the crap that companies like Head, Babolat and Wilson are producing these days? There are quite a lot of top quality smaller brands out there that make EXCELLENT equipment. How many people seek out, for example, Toalson racquets? Check out their Arrow model. Hands down THE best player's racquet available. Yet you can't find it very easily. Go figure.

I will also add that Volkl(great rackets), Boris Becker(good rackets), Yonex (some made in China), Donnay, still make great rackets and it is not because of China that the products from Dunlop, Babolat, Head, Wilson, it is because of the company who gives their players the highest quality and for retail they give the c.r.a.p products.
If companies go bankrupt is not only because of their products and consumer base , but also because of management.
China has nothing to do with quality control, but the companies that don;t really care about their customers.
I do like to play with my green butt cap that says Japan, not only because it's the best but they care about their customers.
That is why I chose Yonex, the best rackets, affordable prices, great quality and quality control designed for players who don't have to be professional to get great rackets unlike most of the others.
