Didn't hate it. Actually liked it, just not as much as the C10's. I hit most of the session with it, then on a whim, picked up a C10 at the end of the session, and preferred C10. Both can be modded to be kind of similar though...

Thanks Sappy, Dats, Auzzie, and Striker.

Dats...ummm, I actually do have a ciprofloxacin hook-up.

A great alternative to the regular doc (depending on your insurance dealio) are the 'Minute-Clinics' found in some CVS stores. Basically a walk-in clinic, but they can diagnose common afflictions and prescribe drugs.

Can't be the late one on BD wishes, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOPAZ. This is normally past my bedtime, but trying to watch my Memphis Tigers play BB against the Tennessee Vols, and my Tigers are getting their tails trimmed. Bummer. But you enjoy your BD anniversary, hear?

I wished I had never gotten rid of those two nice old white/black Kneissl Tom's Reach Machines. They are much more flexible than the green machines, ~55 on the RDC new. They're a lot like those POGLBs in feel but not quite the spin. Great control and pop on them though.

BTW HW, both those black and yellow pairs of Diadoras look awesome! May have to try to get a pair sooner or later even though I have 2 more pairs of tennis shoes to wear through...lol

Chris, good hitting. Glad I could hit some big serves & volleyed pretty well with the APD. You didn't quite bring the thunder on the serves with the POGLB but you do get mad spin with it & volleyed nicely. I think your groundstrokes with still needs to dial in some to be as good & consistent as your 19s...it may get there though.

Anyone catch that show "I shouldn't be alive". Freaking crazy stuff. Most of that stuff can't be true. Like some of you guys sticking to a racquet for more than 1 year.

yeah man -- you were definitely "jack3d up" last night! that first set we played together -- both of us were ON...you were definitely bringing the heat on your serves...

the POGLB works a little better for me on singles (i'm seeing what auzzie is saying now) -- but i'm still kind of figuring out the stick...yeah, it doesn't quite serve as big as other frames, but that's partially because i'm not trying to push that kind of old, 15L poly too much...it definitely needs some fresh string...haha -- still sticking with the frame...

Thanks Zap, X, Paulman, and Magma.

Sappy, I'm touched by your concern for me. Taser is in good working order, don't worry.

Magma, how is the little one? Not keeping you guys up too much I hope?

Actually I barely had 4 ounces of the Jack3d all last night...didn't really need it as much as I might have on other days. We did play pretty good that 1st set but we definitely let them off the hook way too many times the 2nd set.

I could really see you not trying to crush the serves with it except for a few during that singles set. That stick doesn't allow quite as much on the serve due to its aerodynamics, but with your serve it's more than a handful.
