Default Berydch vs. Kohlschreiber - AO 2nd Round

Anyone else watching? PK is looking good in the 1st set... got the 1st break and is serving for the set.

He takes it.

I like his chances in winning this match.

Berdych does not fail to disappoint after his Wimbledon run.

Not that he was ever my favorite.

Berdych definitely underachieved the rest of the year after Wimby - had the painful 'deer in the headlights' look at the World Tour Final.

I still don't get the sense that he's got much of a gameplan - looks like he just hits hard and harder. Just shanked a nice overhead 4 ft. wide...

The worrying question is: How did a brainless ball basher like him get in the top 10?

Tomas, just go home and learn the serve.

You're almost 2 meters tall, you tennis player, you.

I sometimes don't understand why some commentators like Berdych more just because he hits most of his shots with a closed stance while they seem to have more disdain for Soderling because he hits alot of his shots open stance. It's like they're reminiscing about the old times, enough already

+1. Then the return of serve. He's not getting nearly enough back - he's making PK's serve look like Sampras'...

Berdych hits them more cleanly and is a better mover so yeah, maybe because of that too. Also his game is easy on the eyes.

I love Soderling tho, best groundies ever.

Lol, didn't realize this match had a thread. Me thinks Kohly will pull this off.

I thought kohly was playing against one of the linesmen. Nice choice of color Berdy, way to distract the german.

On my stream of this where Berdych is serving now there's an ad above it that says "Get A Killer Serve".

hahahaha

Kohl has a heck of a serve for a "little guy".

Credit for that saying goes to BG.

ESPN guru.
