Saying Tennis Game Score in Italian

Correct me if I'm wrong but is this the proper way to say the game score and how do you say "Advantage In and Advantage Out?"

15-0 = quindici zero
15-15 = quindici paio?
15-30 = quindici trenta
15-40 = quindici quaranta
30-30 = trenta paio?
40-40 = quaranta paio?
Advantage In = ?
Advantage Out = ?

Corrected in bold

15-0 = quindici zero
15-15 = Quindici Pari
15-30 = quindici trenta
15-40 = quindici quaranta
30-30 = Trenta Pari
40-40 (or deuce) = Parita
Advantage = Vantaggio
Game = Gioco

I never said or heard others say "trenta pari", but simply "parita'" .........

parita is used at deuce. Not at 30-30

Just curious. BTW, people abbreviates, as I mentioned. Like here in the US, where you hear love-five, instead of love-fifteen, etc etc.

So how do Italians abbreviate the score then?

In the US, I used to abbreviate such as saying "Love-Five (0-15), Four-Three (40-30)," but when a USTA official corrected me at a tournament, I've said out the full score aloud ever since.
