Beautiful shoe. Breaking them in now. Had to lace them slightly loose to get the right fit. Like the support compared to the 2K10 Breathe's I have, which were wearing out. 12.5 size.

I'll have more to say after I play tomorrow evening.

I liked the way they looked, but I couldn't stand the fit. Exchanged mine for the Vapor 8's. Best shoe choice I ever made.

I'm a little worried about the fit. I had the Breathe 2k10's, and they were very light and comfortable, but poor support and started developing Plantar Fascitis. I've heard these are great for that, or not so great, it's hard to tell!

Worst case is I keep these at the club while I continue to play with the 2K10's, or sell 'em on ****.

do the 3.3's fit the same as the 2k10s?? I was going to make the same switch as you but not sure yet, also looking at the vapors but they dont have the best durability is what i hear...

No, the 3.3 and 2k10 do not fit the same at all.

I can vouch for this. Played in them on Saturday, and it's a tigher, though more supportive fit. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I can play in them, my left foot hurts just to step in them, and I went back to my 2k10 Breathes for my Sunday match.

Is it too late to return them?

I had the same problems.. awesome beautiful looking shoes but it killed my right foot.. after 3 tried I return it back to Nikestore.. I think you're allowed to return if you told them it defects or hurt your feet..

I have the exact same shoe in the exact same size and with a pair of nike elite socks and a couple of weeks of breaking in they are very comfortable shoes. true that the upper is stiff and needs breaking in and the toebox is a bit narrow and caused some foot pain but after all of that they feel really great

I decided to keep 'em, and you're right, as soon as I loosened the laces lower down I got a better fit, and they're very supportive, which I really like. Plus they look great. So I guess I'll stick with 'em.

Sorry for the sort of OT question, but do they fit true to size? I wear a size 12 and I'm planning on trying these out for a bit, but I'm just wondering if a half size up is necessary!

2K10 gave you plantar fascitis ????????? i was going to switch to that but now this is really worrisome.

It's hard to say. I was playing a lot of tennis (4 matches one weekend) and my feet are going to hurt quite a bit after that. But yeah, I would say the support in the 2K10's aren't great. They are very comfortable, though. The 3.3's are definitely more supportive, but heavier. I'm keeping them and we'll see how they do from here. Lots of mucking around with the laces, whereas the Breathe2k10's are pretty much lace 'em and forget 'em.

I got the same shoes last week. I wish i could have gotten the 2.3's. The top of the 3.3's is more plasticy compared to rubbery of the 2.3. Also the 3.3 are much narrower and they still hurt my foot after a week.

I just returned my 3.3's to Nike. Too tight and stiff in the forefoot area.
I previously returned the Vapor Eights too. The toe box area would make a popping sound when it flexed.

I think I may be done with Nike (after many, many years).

Lex - I had a similar expereince with previous Vapors , the toe box area was "clicking" when flexed, almost like that the mid soles weren't made properly.

Had been wearing 2.3 since last year but looking for replacement but after reading the hard fit of the new 3.3, I too might think I'm done with Nike.

Going to have a closer look at Asics Res 3 & Barricade 6.

Barricade's feel very clunky/heavy to me. I tried those about a year ago.

The asics line may be what I've been looking for!!

Agree with you on the Barricade, they do look a bit bulky but they are highly rated for durability though.

i did find the shoe very stiff and it took ages to break in. i also put in longer shoe laces as i found teh ones that came were a little too short, the longer ones helped me get the shoes nice and tight. after about 5-7 sets they are now super comfy and love them but they are a bit of a bi%&ch to break in.
