This is a really weird match. In the third set, Roddick's serve has just been awful, he convinces the Chair to have a rain delay when all the other courts are still in session, he comes back and serves like 90% first serves in and wins the 3rd set in like 8 min after breaking Ancic. And then an actual rain delay.

Does Brad Gilbert have Andy hypnotized or something? It's almost like he said a trigger word during that "rain delay" and Andy suddenly started playing well.

This current rain delay will probably help Ancic, though.

well they just got back on the court. I waa surprise when i read that mario took the 2nd set, he looked like he didn't even want to be on the court yesterday

I heard that Mario's brother and his clan will be making some complaints because that ******* Gilbert made some suggestions towards the organizers that the match should stop when Andy was struggling with his serve in the third set. No other matches were stopped just that one.

That's what the commentators said as well but not sure. It did seem like all other courts were playing except this match when Andy asked for a rain break.

Ancic was clearly unhappy about that and complained to the umpire.

Hey up, Roddick back to his old tricks again!!!

Ancic returned exceptionally well against the Roddick serve. Only 2 other players can do that and they are Federer and Henman. He's not in bad company!!!

i dont know if i can put henman in that category he seemed to have some trouble returning ancic's serve.
