Default Tennis Coach/Club in Costa Mesa, CA

Hi TT-ers,

I happen to be in Costa Mesa for work until the end of July and was wondering if there's a good coach that is good in teaching serves and perhaps ground strokes (My priority is serves, as I want to learn kick serve)

Thanks in advance!

Thanks dennis10is! I contacted one of the coaches and haven't got any reply yet.

Anyway, I checked out La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club as well and the private coaching is a bit costly.

Is 90 USD/hr for private coaching normal in the US? in AU, is normally around 60-75 AUD

depending on the club and the level of the teaching pro, $70-100 is about normal in the NYC area.

Wow, this is the only thing that I found expensive so far in the US, everything else is cheaper than AU.

Try this place: http://www.yelp.com/biz/matchpoint-t...demy-santa-ana

I have two friends who teach there. Maybe one can help you. Ask for Nguyen or David.

Thanks all for replying.

I finally decided not to do any lesson due to my work load and $

I did however, go to watch some tennis qualifying round at UCLA (Farmers Classic).

I will go back to Sydney this Saturday! It's been a great month staying in Cal.
