My 3 fav current WTA players - Ivanovic, Cibulkova, & Petko. I hope Petko wins US Open!

Has anyone here ever been at the US Open? I swear next year I'll be there. I'm gonna start to save money now because I will be in the lowest box. Go big or go home lol

W is a monster cost wise. My friend was there and he said it was super expensive. To put it in perspective - his father owns several hotels and one resort lol

I am doing Biscayne next year now that a family member lives 1 mile from the court..lol.
But I also really want a few days at the USO. It is too awesome. I have never watched so many matches from 1 grand slam as I have this USO.

I may try and get down there too this year. Would be cool to setup a hit with the South Florida Chapter while down there. |

Yes that would be sweet..plenty of time until the tourney, but not having to pay lodging makes this a no brainer for me.

Should I announce to the Chapter that Power Player is now trying out the Exo3 Tour?

Bob may mock me for trying such a noodle stick, but it feels so good on my arm.
We shall see..just demoing it. I was doing well with the apdgt, and the 7gs as backup, but I felt like I was rolling the dice with the stiffness and my recurring tendinitis.

Well, that is certainly one of those pillow-ish frames. Unbelievable softness with thud more than twack sound, very comfy and very serve unfriendly (in my case at least). I demoed 18x20 version and it swung heavier than listed sw would suggest. Had that heavy in the throat feeling that I don't like. I truly am looking forward to hearing your thoughts... |

I could get nothing on my serves with this stick (18 x 20). Reminded me of playing with that Solinco playtest multi. Just no pop whatsoever. |

haha..I was just playing, but I do love a flexible racquet, they usually just do not give me much juice.
Initial thoughts were...wow, this hits pretty big for being so comfortable. I am still not sure how Prince pulled that off. I got into a nice little rhythm with it, and the spin (i am using 16x18.. this may be why I am finding more pop? ) was insane. Loved that..then the natural gut in the demo (poor choice by etennis in an open pattern stick) snapped in the mains. So I am off to get it restrung. The feel, for me is very plush. I know this would be a very good racquet to protect my wrist and somewhat mimic the Babolat, but I need more time with it.
