Someone mentioned leading it up and TBH I never really gave it a proper go. Perhaps I should not have gone for the UL version?

My pro is getting rid of a M-Pro 1 98 UL and I may pick it up if the price is right. I'm playing an M-Com 95 so I like a racquet with more heft to it.

Is anyone playing with this stick now? Also, how well does the M Pro adapt to adding lead and where did you add it?

Thanks

Edit: I also may leave it stock and give it to my wife.

Default silicon in the handle

tonight I have removed pallets of my pro no1 for no apparetn reason
and this is what I see

under the foamy thing there is more silicone. does it mean previous owner custmosied the frame with silicone or all pro no1s have it?

by the way I'm in need of 1 or 2 zero tolerance series pallets in size 5 in case anyone has spare

best

I have some extra sets of size 4 pallets; no 5. Let me know if interested.

thank you Keifers but I have the older style pallets in size 4 on my pro no1 and they somewhat smallish in my hand. maybe I need to consider using overgrips. I have seen a message of yours regarding size 5 pallets, did you manage to find any?

I looked high and low, called and emailed many retailers. Found only one set.

note to self; never buy a fischer racquet assuming you can change grip size.

keifers, can you give me a quote for 2 sets plus shipping cost to Turkey (if you would ship Turkey). If you could send me an email (cavusogluk@yahoo.com) it will be easier for me to contact you when I gave up looking for size 5 pallets.

Picked up a M Comp 95 on the bay for 40 bucks. Great condition. I use a K six-one 16x18 and they play very similar. The Fischer seems more solid but that could be due to the strings(it has synth gut, the wilsons have poly/multi hybrid jobs). Even though spec wise, I know that the Fischer is more flexible it feels more solid than the K 95's. Great racket.

What is unstrung weight of your M Comp 95? Is it printed on the frame?

What color is the pj?

Thanks.

Yellow.

11.6 oz unstrung.

Not the black granite series but the magnetic speed series.

^^^ Thanks.

I got one too a couple of months back (magnetic speed, not black granite) and I agree, it's a very solid feeling stick. Started looking for one after I demoed the Pacific X Feel Pro 95 and was very impressed.

Have you put your own strings in it yet?

Who bought out the Fischer line anyway? Tey had a very distinct clunk at impact. I always liked them, ashame if nobody kept the vac tech they employed.

Pacific.

Not sure they still use the vac tech, though. In fact, I rather doubt it.

I concur, if pacific were to use vacuum tech they would have by now.

also I think we should all booo pacific for not making the pallets available to public, there are lots of fischer users looking for pallets.

I was having some arm issues so I switched to my Fischer M-Pro 98 UL. It's very easy on my arm, plus I'm getting nice spin off the ground and some pop on my serve.

Default Pro No. 1 (98) string tension

I was curious to know what tension you string your racquets at? What strings you use, hybird etc.? I have a few Black Granites No. 1's and love them. I also have a few of the older versions. Thanks...........................

I just recently switched to the Pacific X-Force Pro, which as I understand it, is the Black Granite Pro No 1, and I'm stringing them @ 56lbs w/ full Solinco Tour Bite 18g.

just got my hands on an early Pro n. 1 Silver/red/black 330 grams. the seller told me that the frame was basically a Vt pro 98, same mold. if so, i should be very happy..
