Someone break down feds , or djokos forehand or describe the fundamentals that all pros forehands have .

If you can just watch the ball, move into position early, get your shoulders turned, you'll have half the battle already won.

I watch Fed's forehand video so many times but I still have difficult time to copy it. It probably requires hundreds and hundreds practice.

Fuzzyyellowballs.com has a wonderful breakdown on the basics of the pro forehand. They have a series of videos on what (on a basic level) every pro does to hit a forehand. It basically shows professional fundamentals without overcomplicating the forehand itself.
