Ramirez Hidalgo defeats Coria, 7-5 6-2, Coria is really fading.

Moya won against Massu, 4-6, 6-3, 7-6(4)!
Since Coria's lost, it seems he can make semi...Hoping for Moya vs. Ferrero semi final. That will be good.

Is this Moya's best result so far this year? I hope he continues to do well; the injuries are really out to get him!

I guess he did well in chennai. Yeah, I hope just/at least (maybe too greedy?) one more good year for him to retire gracefully.

Watch for Calleri. When he's conected it's very difficult to beat him.

So, Calleri fulfilled the role of the only dangerous obstacle to the final for Acassuso. I shouldn't have said "maybe Calleri".. Can anyone that had a chance to watch the match tell us about it?
At least, the other half of the draw worked out just fine. I'm pulling for Moya but hope it will be a good match.

Just saw thew las 2 games. Calleri looked more consistent and Acasuso more tired.

Pretty tight match, they were both blasting from both sides.
The only difference was the last break of serve in the 3rd set.

Great match, though

(6)F Volandri (ITA) d. A Calleri (ARG) 6-3 6-4
(5)C Moya (ESP) d. (3)JC Ferrero (ESP) 3-6 7-6 6-4

moya ferrero match was intense! i think ferrero was unlucky though...i was routing for ferrero but oh well....but now i hope moya will beat volandri tommorow.

Great win for Moya! I didn't think he'd pull it out, Ferrero generally gets the better of him... nice show though, quality win. The final is his for the taking, if he is up for it.

Great job, Moya!
I guess the final will also be a three setter, considering Moya's tendency?

Nicely done, Moya! It's better to finish in straight sets.
