I totally agree with that, he has been given lots of help cause of his talent but hasnt done nearly enough. Does not change that he is fun to watch though and that he is a good player. His head busts him down which is why I think he cant hold his highs very long, he has as much game as a guy like Vasek but cant catch the high gears enough when it counts.

Greg Jones's too white bread?

Was being seeded wrong?

C'mon he has huge serve.

Sure it'd be great if he had some rebel blood, channel a bit of Mel Gibson... or even not , just be up-tight perfectionist (they do pretty well in this sport too), but yeah - something that sets him apart. I don't see a fierce streak and without it I'd have to agree he might not collect many scalps. Need be hungry..

Isn't he on the cusp of better things, for support to be withdrawn surely he'd be on the way down - are you making that call?

Speaking of going down Guccione got toppled and I don't know if y'v seen this but this loss is brutal to US college player Johnson

As hopeless as gooch is, i'm willing cut him some slack, he's improved and matured himself as a person off the courts, married + got his license. Would've been easy to pack it in, rank 256. Imho he's earned a wc with dc double performance.

He's got good game for doubles doesn't he. Too right. Perhaps you can tell me - I've only seen the dispiriting singles performances at Wimbledon and such - is he really a doubles specialist now?

What about the upset of Dellacqua... oh hang on this just in
