Just a end of year ranking as of today 12/31/11. Also, there are tournaments in play now. They will run the rankings again giving those who question results or want some results added or modified in a few days. At that time they will post as final for 2011.

So why are only the the top 200 or so players on that ranking list?

Only eligible players were ranked. Minimum requirements are playing in Southern championships, Southern Open and earned at least 200 points in that age group. The list of the tourns I mentioned is not complete. Check Usta southern website. Go under junior...ranking...regulations and rules to check the detail.
