Default Bret as GAMMA Tech Resigning

Hi All,
I wanted to personally (as an internet post can be) let all of you know that i've resigned from GAMMA as of Dec 31, 2011. I'm moving on to a position working w/ railroad products. It has been good getting to know some of you over the years. Thank you for helping me out w/ posts and sharing your personal machine/ stringing experiences and knowledge.

GAMMA has hired a replacement John M. I've been working w/ him the past 2 weeks trying to teach him everything i learned in 10 yrs. He will be taking over my former position and the GAMMA Tech login name (Ron may occasionally post), so you can still ask questions and get answers (part number from the back of the manuals and photos are always appreciated). Please be very patient w/ GAMMA and John during the transition there is a lot of info to learn. I wish all of you the best of luck.

Bret

Good luck in your new position.

Your availability and helpfulness here played a big part in my decision to by an X-2 and recently upgrade to a 6004.

Yes, that's "buy" (for some reason it won't let me edit)...

Bret, this is a bummer, I've appreciated your patience and flexibility over the years. The personal service and frequent willingness to go the extra mile has spoiled us as a community. We welcome John to the forum, though! You've got big shoes to fill

(P.S. is the contact e-mail address the same for John?)

Thank you Bret. Two weeks ago my floating clamps started to act up again and he had a new pair in the mail and I recieved them like 36 hours later. Not the first time he showed great customer service. Good Luck

Along with the others, Bret I wish you well in your new position. Take care.

You were a BIG help in rejuvenating my Tenex/Gamma 4000 a few years back.

A big welcome to John M.

I hope you'll be as patient and informative with us dopes on this board as Bret has been over the years.

Did anyone contacted John yet? I was trying to get parts from Bret when he was with Gamma about two weeks ago, but he is gone now. Emailed John a couple of days ago, and haven't heard since. I don't know if my emails are hitting his spam box, or if he is too busy to reply. Its been almost two weeks since I started contacting Gamma, I know they are going through changes and that they are very busy, but I thought I would have gotten a confirmation or "ok, I will get on it" by now. If anyone could help me get in contact with him through TT or any other email addresses. I tried emailing him at machines@atssports.com, and also at cad@gammasports.com too, but I haven't heard back yet.

My email address is dhd115@yahoo.com, if anyone need to email me. Thanks

It'll be nice to still have a Gamma tech on the boards, though, esp. since I'm thinking about getting a used 602 CF for my first machine!
