Okay, so I recently changed my string tension to 56 on my Yonex RDX 500 from 58 (Babolat VS) and started using a rubberband as a dampener. Since then my tennis elbow problems have gone away completely... but there is a new problem. My biceps are killing me! What the!? Is it the rubberband? The lower tension?

Sorry, I realize this is in the wrong topic. I'd move it if I could.

2 pounds doesn't seem like much, lower tension should help ease your elbow problems though. I string at 50 these days and it is much easier on the arm all around.
