Federer win two matches in the same day on clay. The guy is insane! I bet he can still play a third match and beat most of the players in the top ten.

He commented that it was a fast clay court. Either way, amazing how he switches gears so fast from grass to clay and still do well. He in semis I think he playing that noboby-heard-of-guy that did well in the french open, petitt storace.

yeah hes been saying after every match in his interviews that hes exhausted...I think its great hes doing this for his home country fans only a day after Wimbledon...he should win this tournament and what would be his 3rd in a row (Halle, Wimbledon, Gstaad) and lost only one match since TMS Rome (Kuerten @ French)

He beat Potito 6-3, 3-6, 6-3. Hope he doesn't get too tires, if he can get tired.

Yes he is sort of crazy. For some who think he didn't deserve the credits he gets here, think twice.

He just won this tournament on clay in a best of 5 final right after defending his Wimbledon title. He was cleary exhausted yet pulled off another win.

It's amazing. He now not only has won titles on clay, grass, hardcourts but at least twice on each of those.

I agree Yee. That's one of the reasons I think he is truly the best player of this generation. I hope we get to see him compete well rested and at his best at the US Open and Masters Series.
