Is Safin ever going to improve his mental game and win more slams? How many more?

Zero, or an outside chance at one.

He could really go far if he played like he did at the Aussie Open. He needs to put his anger into his game and not verbalize it.

I'm gonna say two because he has so much talent that chances are he'll pull one together sooner or later, and he plays well on 3/4 surfaces.

It really depends on how many he wants and how many Fed is going to allow him to win.

I think it doesn't matter whom he will face.

I voted for 2 titles but then I read an article at Safinator.com. After reading it, I think it may be just one title at the end of his career. Something similar to the Goran's title. When everybody forgot about him and wait nothing from him, then he can make the final BANG.
But even this second title is more of a hope. I would say, 75% that he will not win again.

Even if he doesn't pull it together mentally.. with his talent he's going to find a two week span at some point over the next 5 years when it'll all come together I think.. so at least one more.

If he does pull it together mentally then he could be a real contender at every GS he plays.
