Great Customer Service from TWE!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that TWE's customer service was awesome!

I placed a sizable international order for racquet handle pallets to be shipped to the U.S., and one of the pallets came cracked.

I contacted the customer service via email with the photo of the cracked pallet, and TWE sent me a replacement right away without requiring me to ship back the defective pallet, and it was very nice of TWE to save me the hassle and money to ship back items overseas.

I was pleasantly surprised to see my order arrive within 4 business days all the way from Europe, and the replacement pallets were also delivered just as fast.

I would not hesitate to do more business with TWE.
