Hi Chris,

Does TW still offer the pallet changing service for Pacific racquets, as you previously stated in the following thread?

If so, is it still $10 for the service? How much is each set of pallets?

We do not have any in stock, but they are available and we could probably offer this service again if requested.

I would imagine the fee would be the same.

Hi Chris,

I am looking for a set of Pacific replacement pallet, as I've a broken pallet pin/screw.

I understand it's Pacific's policy not to have them on sale. But the problem is I am not residing in the U.S therefore can't have my racquet sent to TW, plus there is absolutely no Pacific distributor in the country I am residing.

Any clue, if this policy is only valid for U.S purchases? Are they available for sale for overseas purchases?
