Thanks.
Is it gut fibers with a layer of another material to seal it and guaranteeing a bit more durability?

We don't know what they are... Gut-ish probably.

I'm supposed to get a sample from Yonex that is 80% gut with 20% synthetic on the outside.

It sounds cool though, if you get the chance (as do your strings).

Tourna Big Hitter Black 7 17 / Prince Premier Attack 17
![]() ![]() Stringing: Ahh, darkness is back! I love the all black string setups. You can never tell what it is unless you strung it yourself, and I like that stealthy element hehe. Anyway, the BHB7 isn't too bad to string. Since it was just the mains, no complaints. The PPA has the same white strandy makeup as Xcel and Thunderblast with a black outer coating. Difference is, this is easily the thinnest (the Xcel is supposed to be the same gauge, but this is definitely thinner) and this feels kinda lumpy. Still, easy to string. Went low on this one: 47/52lbs. |

Try hitting some bh slices with that set up, and feel the bite, but once the edges wear off the bhb7, it goes away.

Haha. I can't wait till he releases them to the public. My parents gave me a thumbs down on giving out my name and address to a stranger, so sorry I can't even ask to buy a prototype. Anyways, I hope you'll give us a discount when they finally come out When I'm finally a doctor, I'm going to figure out a way to synthetically produce serosa and make premium gut at a super cheap price. Watch out, Mike |

Hit with the BHB7/PPA a bit. It's definitely a black baller as mikeler would appreciate
Other thing it's good at is slices like kiteboard said. Unfortunately, the PPA causes a lot of friction and the mains after less than an hour weren't snapping back fully. That's pathetic. |

That was my concern with PPA. That rough surface does not seem ideal for a cross. Now it ain't black, but Micronite is as smooth as Billy Dee Williams (He's that dude Lando in the original Star Wars movies for you young whippersnappers). |

when we played today, do you think it was my technique that allowed me to get that kick on my slices, or was it the strings. MY slices are not like normal peoples. They allways spin that way, but with these strings they feel like they kick out wide even more. The only pro, that I can think of that slice like I do is Verdasco. Nadal kind of does since he is also left handed but not really. I guess the main question I am asking is though, can strings allow you to make shoots that you do not possess?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuXsWt53cHs Also I got pro rated at a club a while ago, so I know what my NTRP is for real, but if you had to guess, what would you say the NTRP is of the man who said "I move like an old grandpa." I would go with 5.0 Not all of those guys are that good, but at club it just seems like he is at a whole different level.

On the plus side, I was serious about artificially producing serosa. I know what I plan to do, I just don't have the resources yet (no April fools) |
