I have a half set of gut poly left so I'm trying that and also red alert as well. The feel of rip is fantastic for me. It is crisp though so a lot of people don't like that.

If you are not a string breaker there are a ton of options..try micronite. Mikeler loves it and it lasts..also has a gut full.
