Yes I was very impressed but lets see how he goes to a five setter. His game is very strenuous and those serves can be exhausting as well as the mental bit of keeping it all together

I think getting in the top 10 would be a good goal for him for now. I dont see him ready to win a major for another couple years anyway.

If he remains injury free it would be impossible for him not to finish the year in the top 10 considering that after Wimbledon he has zero points to defend the rest of the year

I don't consider him much of a Canadian. Serbians and Montenegrans are nice enough people, but they don't ever consider themselves American or Canadian. They are too proud.

That being said, he is a very talented player, who has good leg development, and that hip injury could have been a bit of a freak accident.

He most assuredly will be a top ten or top five player in my opinion. He is too hand talented and serve talented for that not to happen. And he competes pretty well, he doesn't seem to get to flustered.

He hits freely and should be good to go for a long time. His handlers seem to know what they are doing with his body type as well.

Its too bad he looks like such a dork though.

I presume then that you think that that the only real Canadians are aboriginals aka anishinabek (in the Ojibwe language).

And please tell us what being a great tennis player has to do with the player's appearance.

(ps everyone of us Canadians are immigrants except for native poeple. The same applies to the USA)

You must be aboriginal ...what nation are you from?

I was actually born in Canada. I'm definitely not an immigrant. However, my ancestors did immigrate to Canada, just like the ancestors of aboriginals did. Milos was born in Serbia and immigrated to Canada. You know what he meant.

Let me guess, you're either first generation or FOB.

Agreed. I definitely see him finishing the year in the top 10 if he can stay injury free....

Raonic looks very good to me.
The serve will always help him out so it's the other parts of his game I check out.
There's quite a few areas that needs work but all of them can be improved quite a bit.

Physically he still looks a little awkward at times as many do at his age. This should pass pretty soon.

Mentally he holds together pretty well and is so important in pressure situations. This is one area that has to be there when playing the best.

He looks to be around a top ten player right now and could cause a few upsets at any time.
