Hi all from newbie.
Looking to upgrade stringing machine from Pro’s pro Dropweight ratchet machine, to crank tensioned machine. I’ve done 20-30 tennis and squash rackets on this and recently passed the UKRSA stringer course. I’m trying to build up to do 5- 10 rackets per week. So far the advice I have had varies considerable with all these models being suggested :- Cheapest Crank machines :- Pro's Pro Pilot Stringing Machine £289 More expensive :- FST Club 600 Table Top Stringing Machine £415 In between is the machine below Centring 7000 Tabletop Manual Stringing Machine £349 Are these manufactured by the same company or are there genuine differences in quality ? Also does anybody rate the Pro's Pro TX700 Electronic Stringing Machine - £389 ? Any advice gratefully received. Apologies if this thread already exists elsewhere , but I had a quick look and didn’t spot it. |

Why bother? I mean your only thinking of doing 10 per week, that's 2 per day, at worst 1 1/2 -2 hours per day stringing on weekdays, less if you count the weekends. Exactly what do you think that you will get out of a crank that your not getting out of the drop weight? The $$ expense does not make any sense.
