Forget about the balls. Just have the ballgirls either naked or at the very least in swimsuits.

I like fluorescent colors! This would be a change I'd like-but then the players couldn't wear bright colors because the ball would get lost.....

I hope he does not forget about the lines. They should be glowing, and have some fibers inside of them to tell ins from outs immediately (similar to how lets work during serves).

The net should fall down automatically as the two players prepare to shake hands.

Instead of one chair umpire, have two or four for better visibility. Give players a chance to use 2 rackets instead of 1, if they prefer.
