Stanford at #11 is a gift, I am so down on my team right now.

Reputation doesn't have anything to do with it anymore. The computer doesn't take that into account.

Stanford blew out the bottom of the Pac 12 this weekend. I am shoked how far UW has fallen this year. They are way over ranked along with Oregon. It looks like Santa Clara had a nice win against Cal Poly. Go Nor Cal South Bay

The Card go down to So Cal and get demolished in 2 straight matches. Come out of the weekend losing all but 1 match and a lot of scores very lopsided. It is starting to get ugly in Palo Alto and this is not fun.

They will beat UOP this week, then it could be a tight match with Cal.

I guess when they beat Texas in NCAA's that kind of answered that question.. You should show more respect to the mid-major programs...

I feel like I have always given Santa Clara respect if you follow my posts. I thought at the time they were over ranked but they proved at the end of the year they were deserving of a top 25 ranking. I was at the Stanford match in the Rd of 32 when Santa Clara played Stanford very close. At one point in the match I actually thought they were going to pull off the upset and get to the sweet 16.

On another note, I hope Stanford can stay in the top 25 next year. I think the lack of talent will really show next year. D Lin has to step up in his senior year or we could Fall out of the top 25 which would be a disgrace.

tball, I have no idea if there is anyone on the horizon for SCU. I checked out tennis recruiting and they don't have anyone listed as signed to join the team. Maybe they are going the international route for the new players. I agree that Stanford will have a tough time replacing Klhan and Thatcher. They have 4 recruits listed on TRN but it seems like they are just solid guys with no top of the lineup studs. It is crucial Lin and Stineman bounce back and have great years.

Why did you make up the story of the transfers. Thats not cool, you now have no credibility. I emailed the coach, I met him several times and he said that he only has 1 transfer coming in and he definately didn't play #1 at his school. Glad I got the record straight

One of my buds knows the assistant there and that's what he was told...by the assistant. Maybe it fell through. Glad I got the record straight, was almost a part of a life-changing situation there. Precious forum credibility in question
