I'm 5'9" and about 145 pounds, slender build. Should I buy their tennis shirts in size medium, or size large? I'm still growing but I'm not going to be some huge dude that's like 6'2 and 200 pounds. I want the shirts to be a loose and comfortable fit but I don't want to buy a medium and have it end up being really tight or buy a large and look like I'm wearing a dress lol

Their stuff isn't tighter fitting like Nike can be, their sleeves are particularly long, shirts are loose fitting.

Medium all the way. A large will just hang on you

Actually... I wanted to ask the same thing about their shorts. I wear medium for Nike - does anyone know how the Fila Essenza Reversible shorts fit comparably? The Fila size guide seems to indicate they're smaller than Nike (31-33" vs 32-35"). Knowing how often inaccurate size guides are compared to items....

The shorts are cut normal. The shirts are on the big side. The Essenza shirts are a size bigger. The sleeves are really long.
