TW International issue

Just a bit of a gripe.

Despite having purchased form TW several times before I now find I need to complete a veritable raft of documentation in order to complete my order.

al lI have changed is my method of paymetn, guys, can't you just call teh number and ask me if that is my credit card or not?

the hassle and delay of having to scan my card, my driver's license (!) and an autho form almost caused me to cancel my order.

Does it really have to be this hard?

If I had changed address, or was a new customer, or wanted to pay in Nigerian dollars I could understand it, but all I want is to use my shiny new corporate Visa instead of paypal..

Also, some form of response might be nice since I have completed all the documentation and heard nothing!!!

That's unfortunate Timbo! Ordering the PB9's???

I'm in Canada and my Visa worked fine on my last order, as it was my first purchase not using Paypal. I look forward to seeing the answer TW is able to give.

any answer would be good, and yes, I am (trying!) to order the PB9s

I hit with a mate's DNX9s today and loved them, sort of like my old favourite BIO300s but with just a little more heft.

Much as I have enjoyed the heavier frames, I must admit I relished the ridiculous RHS I get with something just a tad lighter.. In fact, I think I have subconsciously 'flattened out' my groundstrokes to accommodate the heavier sticks, everyone was telling me I was hitting with 'huge topspin' (!) with the DNX9s

Turns out TW do not accept 'Electronic Use Only' VISA cards ('VISA Electron' in the states. apparently)

Which is a pity, since this is exactly what the damn things are intended for!

Anyway, thanks TW's Patrick for sorting this out for me, guess I'll have to mess about with paypal now, (why can't you just put money straight on your paypal account, why does it have to take a week? grr!)

Oh weird! That's really unfortunate.

What I have done to combat this problem is put my electronic use VISA through a paypal account. It seems to have skipped over quite a few systems and works exactly as intended.

Thanks for your understanding of the situation, and double thanks for your patience while we worked it out over the phone.

Without getting into too much boring detail, the "Electronic Use Only" cards have raised too many difficulties for us over the past and we have opted out of using them because of this multitude of problems.

We very much appreciate your business and feedback and will do everything we can to help in the future.
