If I am using a PMaXX gut hybrid with MSV Hex at 52/48 WITH A 98 head
where would you start with the same setup on a 95 inch head. ProKennex 5G classic 64RA 98 Head to Slazenger pro braided 70RA 95 Inch

The difference in the head size is negligible. The difference in the RA is why you would want to change your tension. With that said, the Slazenger is supposed to play softer than its RA indicates. Why not try it at the same tension as your old frames rather than changing multiple variables at once?

OK but I thought tension changed a little with head size.

You must be a little bit more sensitive to tensions than I am, I suppose. Three square inches will not make that much of an impact on the way strings play, in my opinion.
