hahahaha i was actually thinking about that yesterday. God her forehand is SO ugly when she's rushed. Forget Roddick's serve, I don't see how her wrist isnt completely torn off by now doing that repeatedly.

i think at wimbledon they measured the level of her screeching in decibels, maybe they shud get those installed with hawkeye to outlow certain levels of yelling. i mean look guys like nadal and kuerten grunt, but this is outright screaming at the top of your lungs. theres a difference between an unconscious release of sound during a hard struck ball (i grunt sometimes, on like winners or something) but this is like constant, regardless of how poorly its hit, and i hate it when she misses cuz her screams transform into that blood curdling shriek. oh man. im generally a fan of hers, i usually want her to win and stuff, but man is my patience ever wearing thin

anyways, on topic, i would hope they'd ban screaming, even though they wouldnt do that. but if they did, i would hope and pray sharapova does keep doing it, gets throw out of the tour, and then becomes my coach

just curious? i've heard about jelena dokic's, mary pierces, and the williams sisters fathers, doing crazy things. what exactly has yuri done to put himsef that category? he rarely talks to the press, and generally sits watches marias matches. dont think i saw him even move during plo or the nasdaq.

Just totally go overboard with a scream everytime she strikes the ball. And if the umpire says anything, then she has to say it to both of them.

Saw that once, couple years ago when Maria was still new on the tour. There were complaints at that time. It didn't work . . . they both just skreeched louder and louder. It was really funny watching them try to out scream each other..

It's because she's been on TV incessantly as of late it seems, and that screaming is absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal IMHO. If she played like Hingis I might even be willing to put up with it but the screaming combined with her ugly game is just too much for this tennis fan to take. LOL.

No racquet testing as I'm recuperating from an elbow injury.
