I currently have 4 colorways of the 2k11s and really like them. From both pics posted I think TW may have put them up a little early and took down. The ones with the red sole should be the Olympic colorway as they match Federers Vapor 9 Olympic colorway exactly. The top model look like the fall/ US Open colorway. Personally I can see getting both of those models.

Is there any actual difference, or just a new name?

Exactly identical but they have a side panel on the inside like the 4.3 too make it lighter.

Was just checking the discounted Nike shoe section and almost pulled the trigger on the Vapor 9s but went ahead and got a pair of each colorway of the new 2K12s. I like the new side panel on them. Should make them breath even better although I had zero issues with the 2K11s.

The "AIR" logo looked better than basic "NIKE" in my opinion
– Would be interesting to see if the NIKEiD version is updated or not (new logo, new side panel, new colors) It also would be good if they separate some elements such as "base + tongue" so we could choose a color for the base and a different color for the tongue (Also for "overlays + heel") and the elements of the "zoom" parts. –

Tried these on and they felt amazing. Incredibly comfortable, less slippage than the V9. These are quite awesome. Had to buy a pair.
Loving the 2K12. Especially with fake Swisse DC Nike polo in the background. LoLsUlz. ![]()

Did you try the 2K11 too? Is the feel the same ?
– Also, about the polo, I guess it's not a fake "swiss DC polo" but the "RF Olympics zip polo". –

I picked up a pair of the 2k12 the other day at work. Very comfy right out of the box. Main differences between 2k12 and 2k11: the side panel on the 2k12 adds a lot of flexibility and ventilation. The tongue is different and more comfy in my opinion on the 2k12. Not really like the v9, pretty unique for Nike. These will be my go-to Nike. Nice wider fit and a better deal than v9.

I love my 2K11s for clay court use as the only weakspot with the shoe, durability, does not apply. Don't know why Nike keep shortening the tongues ever since 2010, the 2k12s is getting dangerously close to 3.3/4.3 levels. Not a fan of the "window" from a looks perspective, but a 1oz weight saving just from this is impressive if accurate.
Overall, as a lightweight breathable shoe I prefer these to the V9. Raph--jd was kidding about the polo, he was at a Nike store.
