Default Olympics Seating

Why have there been patches of empty seats for the Olympics tennis tournament, especially the Murray vs. Djokovic match. This would never happen at Wimbledon, why here?

People come from far and wide to see the Olympics and buy tickets to many types of events, lots of them scheduled concurrently, often deciding later to go to one rather than another. Having the resources to do this often causes resentment in the less successful, like Seany.
