Default How does Murray/Djokovic's backhand technique compare to Safin/Agassi/Nalbandian?

I think Djokovic and Murray have very effective backhand strokes. I was wondering how their backhands compare with the most elite two handers in recent history.

Djokovic (not really a practice video but a nice backhand anyways)

What do you guys think? Are Murray/Djokovic in the same league or not even close?

Murray's backhand is as good as Safin/Agassi, Novak is slightly behind but he makes up for it in just being a better mover and having a steadier forehand than either of them; Agassi had a tendency to overplay his forehand when he was facing an opponent who could keep up with him on the ground, and Safin's forehand was wildly erratic even on a good day.

Safin's forehand was erratic after 2005 when he had surgery and had to change his technique a bit. In some days it was atrocious. But in his peak it was almost as good as his backhand. Nalbandian's is a bit behind. Not much power as Safin but he could create some ridiculous angles.

I woul rate them in this order:

1-Safin
2-Nalbandian
3-Agassi
4-Djokovic
5-Murray

WHy can Nalbandian hit angles so much better than other 2hbh's?

Does he get more spin on it?

I agree, I'd just put Murray 4th and Novak 5th

I think Safin, Agassi and Nalbandian all have better backhands than Murray and Djokovic. I think the difference is quite significant, but not necessarily huge.
