Hey guys, im new to this forum so id just like to say hi to everyone.
My Story: I sustained a (wrist) ECU Subluxation (strong ulnar sided wrist pain and occasianal painful clicking) about 9 weeks ago playing a 6 hr match. At first i went to A and E and they said it was a sprain. So i stayed off it and then went to see a physiotherapist who noted it had not healed yet. the physio looked at it and suggested it was a TFCC injury and that i should keep exercising it gently to help it heal. next thing i know its 3 weeks later and it still hasnt healed so i go to the hand surgery in the hospital and the surgeon consultant says it is ECU subluxation. here i am 5 weeks later with my 5 week old whole arm (incl elbow) cast on and it comes off in a week and i get a MRI too. has anyone else had this injury and recovered from it? im quite good with my left arm just in case lol thanks if u read it all |
