The host schools have control. If they choose to post them on multiple sites, they can coordinate that. It's redundant work so I assume they just keep one accurate draw in a format they are familiar with and the other sites just pick up the results after the fact.

I didnt get to go today but Indiana has one player in the quarters in both singles tourneys so I am pleasantly surprised, I will make it tomorrow assuming work holds no surprises for me.
