Count me in as a fan of the Asic Gel Resolution 3 & 4!

I had similar issues with achilles and knee pain when using the Nike Breathe Free II. Switched to the Vapors (version 5 or 6) and these issues went away. However, Nike changed the Vapor design and I started having problems again. I went shoe hunting and discovered the Asics GR3. Fantastic shoe, and I'm pain free again. I've got a couple pair of GR4s now, and haven't had any problems... they're perfect for my foot!

Thanks for the responses fellow GR4 lovers, I am still pinching myself that these shoes are so comfortable, 3 months ago I thought my singles days were numbered due to all the aches and pains every time I played. Today I went flat out for 2 tough sets of singles after not having played for a week and my feet still feel pain free (and no I don't work for Asics) I don't know how they do it but I am totally drinking the Kool-Aid!

The best tennis shoe ever, so supportive and comfortable. I can turn on a dime and am pain free.Too bad I didn't find them years ago
Yes, it saves mine too. Love it.

How about the plastic heel support. Anyone else had problems with it carving into the bone?

I was a big fan of the GR3. I went through 4 or 5 pairs of those and never had any problems with Plantar Fasciitis. I recently bought a pair of the GR4's, and much to my dismay I have developed PF. The GR4's are so comfortable and flexible. Anyone else have this problem?

I feel like the upper outside portion digs in by the toebox...and I have fairly narrow feet. My wife and i both have GR4s and plan on trying something else soon.
