Head has restricted us from shipping any items outside the United States. This is a fairly new policy.

Brands/items now limited to US customers: Nike, Babolat, Head, Wilson, Asics, Lacoste, Prince, Thorlo socks, Tecnifibre, tennis balls, ball machines and stringing machines.

For up to date information on shipping policies, you can always check this page:
http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/twint/orderinginfo.html

It is updated as vendors change their policies.

Thanks,
Tiffani, TW

So ultimately you won't be able to sell anything outside of the US ? I can't believe Prince won't let you sell internationally (is it all of their stuff or just some things); surely they really need the business.

Is it all items? Or only some specific items from each company?

For example, can you ship, say, a pair of NIKE CB 4.3s, but not Nike clothes?

Just asking.

TW,
Instead of meekly bending over and allowing the brands to dictate to whom you may sell/ship, why can't you assert to them that International markets are poorly served by the local distributors of those brands and do not carry many of the items found on TW USA. International customers want to buy from you because they can't get their desired products locally. Local distributors don't give a damn, so why don't you take the opportunities to increase sales, leverage your retail strength and insist International sales and shipping on those brands be relaxed?

Timbo,

Unfortunately, it is all items from a company.

MAXXply,

Believe us, we want to ship those brands internationally too. Unfortunately, it is not in in our control and we do try to talk to the companies.
