Irvin is correct, I would never remove a grommet set without having a new set to put in.
Hopefully the customer requested a specific weight and balance / swingweight, or the weight was being moved from the inside of the frame to outside under the grommets. Maybe he was matching this racket to another one.

I already worked with the customer and he played with different setups until he found the one he liked. I always told him I would put the lead under the head and inside the but cap when he was ready. This was my first time and I will learn from my mistake as I have learned from all of you.
