Are Rafa limited edition shoes ment too look so

I'm buying these but when I look at the back of the shoes, the Rafa logo is waded, ironic is that it also looks like this with another seller. Can you say whether your's looks like this as well or not


PS: if not do you think I'll be able to remove it with a black marker and whether I can colour the black parts of the top of the shoe so it looks just Rafa's, I've succeeded before but don't know whether I'll do again

Hmm. I never knew my pair said rafa on the back. I'd check but I did not bring them to my dorm.

No because there were 2 versions, the ordinary and the limited edition glow balestics, only 200 were made

There were more than 200 made of the Nadal "glow in darks". They were on sale at the Open 2010, plus they could be phone ordered @ NTNY. Then after the Open they were in several stores in NYC.
The whole '200' thing was a rumor that the resellers are trying to push but there was nothing official. Bound to be more than 1000 out there.
Grand Central Racquet had them for a while, for example:

Of course it should be this way! That's the way Nike designed this pair to indicate the glow-in-the-dark feature. Removing it would be a blasphemy

Look at Rafa bull loho, it's waded. Weird since this shoe is new, but I have seen other pairs on the bay look a bit waded as well, you know, the Bull logo on the back. Are all the shoes that were for sale's bull loho waded a bit

Those are courtbalistecs from a few years ago (2010 as previous poster said). The faded look is probably due to the lighting.

I have the shoes and bull logo is the same as pictures above.
it's authentic one.
Even though glow-in dark is not that bright but it is still one of the best shoes in terms of idea.
the bull logo is not Glow-in dark material so Nike might decided the logo with glow-in dark effect bull logo design.
Since Bull logo is printed, you can easily erase the bull logo with rubbing alcohol but you can remove the letter "RAFA"

So your's is faded as well, and you haven't done anything against it either but it the faded spots are authentic? Right?

Who cares whether a silly logo is faded or not? Your supposed to wear the damn things to play tennis in, not let them sit a a box and micro-analyze the silly logo. Jeesh!

I think he was just worried about the shoes he wants to buy being fake... but yes all the glow in the dark ones are like that. I gave mine to my brother for his birthday but I remember the back being like that. I agree with kimguroo, its probably nike's way of making the glow int eh dark effect!
