Paific Orange Bull practically unusable

I bought two packages of Pacific Orange Bull 16 gauge.
Strings do have 2 pieces of fat/wider component at the end
Those pieces are around 4-5 inches long AT BOTH ends
Strings to do NOT go through holes when stringing
Is any way to speak to Pacific about it?
PS www.pacific.com does NOT provide any info about a possible contact
