Haha. Serena is a total *******.

She also experimented with various other strings till she found the right one. It is not as if she wanted the same string as Federer otherwise she would not have experimented with other strings.
Not a total ******* in my book.

I'm not a professional stringer......friends of mine string at the Bank of the West for "Sam the Stringer" who has been contracted/stringing at this tournament for a few years now.

True. She has been too busy winning slams to be a ****'. She believed fed used 4g cross. Ask any real ******* and he or she will tell you the mains and cross strings and the tensions at different climates. The static weight, swing weight, balance and type of grip. And start blabbering on about a polarized setup.
Serena would be looking at them like , "are you crazy?"

Cahill is all gut - I doubt he knows anything about poly, esp. in the crosses.

Someone should tell Serena she is not using Fed's combo. But then she has had so much success with it.

That is so true, i'm very sure that if Fed would have gone full Poly around 2003 that many players would have followed...

Finally, conclusive proof that professional players and posters on TW are one and the same thing. Never again shall I doubt a member of these boards who claims they have a 130mph serve.

Sorry, Darren was/is a tech head, got andre using poly back when he really needed to set his game alight. He studies strings a fair bit but won't overthink it.
Pity we can't all follow his lead.

It probably wasn't even about the strings - maybe the bald shortie just needed a father figure to replace the angry deluded boxer.

I was given a set of this string to try as a sample. Nice string, solid feel and is softer. Dont think it warrants the steep price tag though.

I apologize if this is a newbie question but is there a consensus on what frame Serena is actually using under that Blade Team paint job?
