He had really switched two years ago to the RDis 100 Mid. Now it looks like he really switch to the V Core 95 D

SOmeone is selling Lleyton's actual RDiS100 (or mold at least) on the bay right now for 2 grand. It says "Rusty" on it and the listing says:
Weight UNSTRUNG - 350g - 12.34oz- with plastic on the handle Grip Size - 3 ( 4 3/8 ) Grip - Gamma Hi-Tech Grip Last edited by sargeinaz : 02-16-2012 at 08:19 PM. |

It has always been interesting to me that Hewitt plays with no overgrip. You don't see that too much nowadays.

Pictures of his "95D" appear to show a racquet with a rounder head (wider at 3&9) than the retail 95D. Looks more like the Rdis 100 to me.

I believe hewitt uses a bigger handle and does use an overgrip. He used to use the Yonex Supergrap black, and then switched to some variation that had antibacterial something-or-other in it.

Does he use extended frame maybe?
He chokes up on the handle on both forehand and backhand (like many other players do, that use extended frames). |
