what kind, wrist or bicep, either wway they strengthen the muscles attached to your elbow, and more developed your forearm muscles the better racquet head speed you generate and that equals power and pace

I think that they'll also strengthen the tendons in your elbow and help fight against tennis elbow.

Doing reverse curls w/ light dumbells is imperative for wrist-forearm-bicep build up. My wrist + elbow feel the improved stregnth from just 3 wks of wk out. Curls are essential as well as flies.
