95d will not replaced, and the current model is going to go out of production at december 2012. According to yonex 97 tour (in 310/330 grams ) will be the "new" 95d. Unfortunately.

That would be sad. I know for sure the 98sq in platform has run pretty long in the yonex line. That is pretty much their constant between their production runs.

If they cut the price on 95d it'd be a great opportunity to upgrade!

This is unacceptable... the 97 tour is NOT the 95d

Just got back from hitting with my 95D. Yonex shouldn't discontinue this racket.
If they do dc it I'm stocking up on four more.

Wow, fail. You would think they're striving to be like Wilson!

98 xi microcore 100 100 light will be out in a few weeks , in europe new racquets will be sent someday in november. They said that who's playing now with 95D has double chance to upgrade: 97 tour 330 grams 97 tour 310 grams that's all guys , 95d ,it's over. |

Any word on the Tour 89 ??
Just curious if it will still be produced in 2013 and later.

Sounds improbable that they won't have anything between 89 and 97 for too long.
But then again they used to have nothing between 90 and 98.

I have a strange feeling that Yonex can't sell a racquet under 97" or over 310 grams except outside of Asian markets.
