I just finished talking to the representative for the trade in program.
He gave me a price range on my racquets and will give me a gift card for that exact value. Judging from the E-mail, TW is sending me a gift card to my address, but what about my racquets? The guy on the phone wasn't very clear. Do I send them myself? Or is TW going to give me a box of some sort I just ship? Help from TW representatives would be much appreciated. |

After you talk with them on the phone, they send you an e-mail describing the transaction.
Print that e-mail and at the bottom write: Trade-In Program. Enclose the printed e-mail in a box with your racquets. Ship them with whoever you want. (You can also use an old Tennis Warehouse UPS shipping return label as long as it is not too old.) Once the racquets arrive to TW they will look them over. Then, they will call you or send you an e-mail that has a password that you can use online to redeem for the amount that your racquets are worth. Buy online what you want. Done. |

When I did my trade in I snapped pics, called up TW, then told them I want to inquire about the trade in program. I said, "Hey i snapped a few pics. If you want me to send them to an email address so you can check it out while were on the phone, let me get the email". We did just that and I got an appraisal based on my sick photography skills and was given instruction on where to send it to and how long I can expect to receive the credit.
