2011 should be considered Nadal's greatest year -- reaching so many finals with broken body parts.

Mind over matter, Love over Gold.

Actually Nadal played that final with:
  • Broken foot
  • Torn patella tendon
  • Tendonitis in both knees
  • Undiagnosed Hoffa syndrome
  • Tennis elbow
  • Raw anu5
  • Blisters on toes and fingers
  • Sore larynx
  • Shin splints

Anyone who does not recognize this and give Nadal props is just a hater.

Why are the greatest human beings on earth always so cursed?!!!?! (Beethoven, Caesar, Abraham Lincoln, Napolean, Jesus, Alexander the Great, Nadal etc...)

Bah Djokovic is half the warrior Nadal is. Djokovic is nothing, Federer is nothing, Davydenko is nothing, and if Rafa played these guys without injured no way would he lose.

It's funny. Nadal has all these problems in his early to mid twenties. What's he gonna be in his thirties? A walking corpse?

It's actually amazing. How does one play with a broken foot?? I don't get it? No wonder he never recovers.

He has had a significant injury every single year he has played. I don't know how he does it.....

Sort of like Agassi.....in his book I read how much pain he was in as well. Nadal seems to have it even worse.

He really is a fighter but he needs to stop torturing himself and manage his schedule

I wonder what Nadal's excuses would be if he played wheelchair tennis?

Instead of the trainer he'd keep calling the mechanic. Something is wrong with the wheels no?

Rafa talking to the REAL wheelchair tennis players " Es muy deficile , no, how everything in my body is broke and I have pain here and there. How can I pick my culo when I sit on this chair?"

Rafa isn't cursed. Rafa has tied the record of winning slams for 8 straight years. Rafa will take full ownership of the record next year when he passes Federer, making it 9 years in a row. And good luck dethroning him at Roland Garros anytime soon.

so this means, he would have beaten Novak in wimbledon final. No wonder. i knew Novak would not normally win that tournament on grass with his poor movement
